November 2025 Emergency Food Response
On November 1st, the current government shutdown resulted in a delay of SNAP/EBT payments that affected 42 million Americans, including over 19,000 individuals in Klamath County.
In addition, around 1,000 local government workers and their families have now seen several missed paychecks since the shutdown began on October 1st.
The Klamath Grown Community Food Fund will help provide relief for families during this troubling time with a $20 coupon to shop for food at the weekly Klamath Grown Wednesday local food market. 100% of the funds raised here will go toward food coupons, and Klamath Grown will offer free home delivery within 10 miles.
